​Hi beautiful soul, I’m Jarae — and this space is the result of a lifetime spent dancing between spirit and soil. 🌙🌲

I grew up cradled by the wild beauty of Sandpoint, Idaho, and now root myself in Spokane, Washington — with my heart often wandering the forest trails, riverbanks, and mountain paths of the Pacific Northwest. Nature has always been my temple. It’s where I hear my highest self speak, and where I return again and again to reconnect, recharge, and remember.

Back in 2013, I opened a holistic wellness studio where I led yoga classes, nutrition coaching, and healing experiences — blending movement, intuition, and community. That season taught me how deeply we all long to feel seen, held, and empowered. Though the studio doors have closed, the mission lives on in everything I share.

Now, I guide others through their own awakenings — with spiritual content, soul tools, sacred adornments, and nature-based teachings to help you align with your truth.
